Charles Muchemwa Nherera

Professor Charles Muchemwa Nherera is a full Professor at the University of Zimbabwe, in the Faculty of Education, Department of Art Design and Technology. He holds a PhD in Education from the University of London Institute of Education, an MA in Technology Education from the University of Linkoping, Sweden, a BEd from the University of Exeter, a Secondary Teaching Diploma from Gweru Teachers College and a Higher Stage Certificate in Principles of Management from the London Chamber of Commerce and Industries.

Dr. Hilligje van’t Land serves the global higher education community as Secretary General of the International Association of Universities (IAU) - global NGO with UNESCO Associate Status. For the past two decades, she has fostered the key role of higher education in societal transformation. She supervises the overall programme activities of the IAU, develops the Association’s strategic plans and oversees the everyday work of the secretariat.

Nematollah Azizi

Nematollah Azizi

Nematollah Azizi is Professor of Educational Planning at the University of Kurdistan, Vice-President of the Iranian Association for Higher Education and President of the Iranian Association of Educational Management. He has been the UoK’s Vice-Chancellor for Research, the Dean of Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, the Director of Students Affairs, and the Director of Research Students in the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences. He was founding convenor of the Department of Education and research and teaching group on Higher Education, Curriculum Studies within the department.

Peter Scott

Peter Scott

Sir Peter Scott is emeritus Professor of Higher Education Studies at University College London in the Institute of Education (IoE), Faculty of Education and Society. He was Scotland’s first Commissioner for Fair Access from 2016 until 2021. Previously he was Chair of the Council of the University of Gloucestershire (2011-2015), Vice-Chancellor of Kingston University London (1998-2010), Pro-Vice-Chancellor and Professor of the Education at the University of Leeds (1992-1997), and Editor of the Times Higher Education Supplement (THES) (1976-1992).
